Because Deep V boats set higher out of the water than standard type bass/crappie boats they require a longer shaft. We make this 12-inch extension which attaches to the end of our regular shaft. If you have a Deep V we suggest you add this item to your order.

With the pedal on the floor next to your trolling motor, simply with your foot engage one side of the pedal to go clockwise and the other side to go counter-clockwise. The motor will turn the shaft about 320 degrees and stop so the wires won’t bind.
